Two places on a ScoreCastr overlay are made for logos. The watermark keeps your own brand in a corner for the whole stream. The sponsor spot puts a sponsor's logo on the scorebug, where viewers look most. This guide covers both, and which sports have the sponsor button.
Add the watermark
- Open the match's Control Dashboard, then Overlays, then Customization.
- Choose Watermark.
- Under Watermark Logo, click Upload Logo and pick an image file under 5 MB. A PNG with a transparent background looks best.
- Set the look:
- Opacity: 10% to 100%. It starts at 70%.
- Size: 50 to 300 px wide. It starts at 150 px.
- Position: Top Right (the default), Top Left, Bottom Right or Bottom Left.
Remove Logo takes the image off. Changes save on their own.
Show the watermark
Click Show Watermark in the Overlay Visibility panel, or use code 1015. It stays on until you hide it. With no logo uploaded, nothing shows even when it's on.
Channel Assignment at the top of the tab sends it to Channel 1, Channel 2 or Both Channels. Pick Both Channels if you want the logo over your full-screen graphics too. See Use two output channels.
Pick a corner your scorebug doesn't use. On Apex and Primetime the logo sits 48 px in from the corner. On Primetime, if a ticker runs along the same edge, the logo moves in to stay clear of it. See Add a scrolling ticker.
Upload the sponsor logo
The sponsor spot lives on the scorebug's own tab:
- Under Customization, choose Score Bug.
- Find Sponsor Logo ("Upload a sponsor logo for the scorebug"). In baseball and softball it's called Network Logo.
- Click Upload Sponsor Logo (or Upload Network Logo) and pick an image under 5 MB.
The sponsor spot is on from the start, so the logo appears on the scorebug as soon as it's uploaded. See The scorebug for the scorebug's other fields.
Hide or show the sponsor during the game
The sponsor toggle is in each sport's SHORTCUTS card on the Scoring tab, under VISIBILITY:

The button shows what it will do next: HIDE while the logo is up, SHOW while it's off.

How each template uses the sponsor
- Classic: the scorebug closes up the space when you hide the sponsor.
- Apex and Primetime, football, basketball and volleyball: the sponsor shows as PRESENTED BY with the logo, at the end of the strip that opens under the bar for stats and other pop-ups. It isn't on screen the whole time.
- Apex and Primetime, soccer, ice hockey, field hockey, baseball and softball: the sponsor has its own spot on the scorebug.
- MMA on Apex and Primetime: the scorebug doesn't draw a sponsor, so the button has no effect there.
The same uploaded logo can also show elsewhere: the title card uses the scorebug's logo or sponsor logo as its event logo. See Title cards.
Fix common problems
The watermark is on but invisible. Check that a logo is uploaded and Opacity isn't at its lowest. Check its Channel Assignment.
The sponsor logo doesn't show. Check that it's uploaded on the Score Bug tab, not a lineup tab, and that the sponsor button reads HIDE (the logo is on).
The main scorebug logo disappeared. It was cleared with the sponsor's Remove Logo. Upload it again.
